1970 Chevrolet C10 shortbox stepside 4x4 pickup. Original 307 V8, 3 speed standard column shift, 3.73 gears, powertrain is very good. Body is straight. Heads and valvetrain just rebuilt.

Nothing mechanical needed, the seat could use a recovering.
The frame is straight, there's some rust in the rear cab crossmember, and inner rockers. That's it. Let me know if you want to have a look.
