So Friday night I get off work, put a few bucks of small town gas in and shower-up and head into town.  I get some wendys and a drink from 7-11.  I see some cobras roll in to the travelodge.  No way I think, it's got to be somebody else.  So I finsh my 9:30pm supper fill out my bill for the days work (I have a sole proprietorship)  and lo and behold a bunch of guys come towards me.  Ah shit.  I had no plans on racing tonight and wanted to just chill a bit.

"So you guys didn't come all the way down for little ol me did you?"  (Today is the first time I've seen this thread.)
"Oh we're just passing through" (yeah and mother Teresa is a dirty skank you'll be telling me next.)

So I'm on 205 BFG kdw (For those who don't know, expensive wal-mart specials.)  There is no comparison to the nittos, I'm sorry.  My slicks are at home but it doesn't matter, they rub over 100km when they get too tall anyhow.  The spacers should be in today.

So being the good sport I am and never one to turn down a race, I agree.  I try to cancel out the shitty small town gas with a shot of shell, but I find out later in the night, to no avail.  I could mix to run HOM, but there is no point because rolling on into 2nd, I still blaze off the tires like hockey pucks.

1st race, digg.  This is the vid I believe.  I wheel hop BAAAAAD coming off the line.  I save the car and get right out of it.  It's never wheel-hoped on me since the swap but I launched at 3k on them so it bit me.  I haven't made my solid lca bushings or my traction bars yet.  Ricer excuse, I know.
2nd race, roll on the way back into town.  I miss third.
3rd race, roll again.  He slows on me more then I expect, so I'm off the gas when the other guy shout's three but I get going he pulls a couple on me to 200ish I think and get out of it because we are back in the city at that point.

When I went back for my tools I did a couple more pulls and found I was only boosting to 23 psi.  I wanted to mix and go another round, but the wolf pac had turned in for the night.  I put in some mohawk 92 in and gained back up to 25-26 psi.  A boost leak test is in order.

My wheel spacers should be in today.  Hopefully I can shake the car down the next couple days on slicks.  Round one WP.  Don't expect a easy time with round 2.

i have WAY more respect for the guy that built his own shit(even if it is a neon) then the guy that has a fatter wallet, and thinks he is cool. there will always be a faster mustang, and a "cooler" guy, but there will never be a car just like the one you built with your own 2 hands. don't get me wrong, not everyone can build cars, but i applaud the efforts of anyone that is willing to tackle a project like this. good job neoned.

When we came back to the parking lot i never heard you say once you wanted to go again that night., If you would have I would have handed you your ass again.  We were on the WP power-tour and we were in fact passing by and  i saw the post where you said i couldn't hang with you, I was glad we were staying the night, so i could show you that i wasn't just an Internet shit talker unlike you..... After we raced i didn't come on here bragging that i beat you once.... I posted the one video because it was the dig race (real race) and the only other video i have is the 2nd race where you stayed a half a car behind at the start for some reason, missed 3rd and yes i did go on 3 by mistake. The 3rd video madmatt didn't get it all of it recorded because his camera didn't come on in time(Matt post it up what you got anyways just to show the end if you can). The 3rd race you brake boosted, got traction and was at full boost ( i could hear that turbo hisss hard) but you still got handed...Trust me i want a full vid more than you to show everybody all you are is a bunch of useless shit Talk. I hope matt can chime in here and give his take as the spectator of these races cause his opinion is a lot different than yours neon-ED.
